How to read these:Occupancy = occupied on the Yardi unit-stat basis.
Leased = occupied units plus currently vacant units with future resident/applicant rows.
Available Units = Yardi physical-vacancy basis (every empty unit); the availability page splits it into ready-now / held / ghost.
Rent Ready = VACANT rows with no future resident/applicant row.
